Adding a new employee

To add a new employee please follow the following steps.

  • At the bottom right of the screen click New Employee

  • Select Title

  • First Name

  • Surname

  • Payroll Number

  • Payroll Group

  • Department

  • Site

  • D.O.B

  • Job Title

  • Custom filter (If applicable)

  • Work Schedule

  • Manager

  • Work Email

  • Assembly point

  • Employment Status

  • Joining Date

  • Leaving Date (leave blank)

  • Fire Marshall (if applicable)

  • Host visitors (if applicable)

  • Access group (if applicable)

  • privilege level

Dependant on what clock you have will depend on your next steps.

For RFID cards or fobs

  • Insert the serial number from the back of the card of the fob in the box names RFID Card ID once done click apply

Biometric recognition clock

  • Click apply on the software and take the employee to the physical terminal, once logged into the clock click user management, and then all users

  • Find the name of the employee from the list and tap on their name.

  • Click enroll face/finger depending on the device.

  • Ask the employee to stand in front of the device until the face template is recorded.

Employee web Portal registration

To create an account for the employee web portal please do the following:

  • click on the employee self service tab.

  • create a web portal login (username and password)

  • assign the employee to the correct permissions group or create a new group if required. 

  • if email alerts set up you can email the login details using the button.

  • click apply/save.

Mobile workforce App

To create an account for the mobile workforce app please do the following:

  • Click on the employee self service tab

  • Tick the relevant permissions access for the user in the mobile app options section. 

  • Click apply/save
