Attendance Panel

The dashboard or attendance panel is a quick and easy way to identify if an employee is on or off-site without the need of running reports. using the filters we can break the information down by site, department, or custom filter to avoid scrolling through a long list of names across your whole company.

We can also learn a lot by looking into each individual tile In the top left corner of the picture below you will see a red square for offsite and a green square for onsite, at the top right you can see any employees who are off sick or holiday.

you can also see the last time an employee clocked in and their last clocking time.

Depending on what package you have with us you will also be able to see a breakdown of methods an employee clocks in with for example employees who used the physical clock, the employee web portal, or the GPS-tracked mobile app.

Buttons:

Print on site.

This will allow you to view and print the onsite report.

Print off site.

This will allow you to view and print the offsite report.

Options.

This will allow you to set an automatic refresh period.

Find.

This will allow you to search for a user in the list.

Close.

This will close the module.
