How to download and clock into the mobile app

You can download the computime application from either the Apple App Store or the Android Play Store. When searching for the Application on the Apple App

Store please search for “employee “Self Service” however on the Android Play Store please search for “Computime”

• The icon should be as displayed bellow:

• Once you have opened the application you connect to your public IP address (ask your IT) and specified port and click Test.

• You should then be asked for your personal details. Please input these as they are shown in Realtime and click Save.

• You can now use the Clock In and Clock out buttons to create clocking's

Allowing mobile workforce App access

To create an account for the mobile workforce app please do the following:

• Click on the employee self service tab in personnel

• Tick the relevant permissions access for the user in the mobile app options section. 

• Make sure employee has DOB set up. 

• Click apply/save
